Yes. Revive products are gluten free.
As a precaution, we do not recommend using our Revive Therapeutic Gel Range of products without the consent of your doctor, or healthcare professional.
We do not recommend wearing the Revive Gel Socks, Gloves, Neck Wrap or Cracked Heel Socks for long periods of time, the technology in the Gel promotes warmth to release the active ingredients and this may become uncomfortable, and is unnecessary. 20-30 minutes wear per day is sufficient to see results.
No. When the gel is warmed it releases the active ingredient, therefore you may lose efficiency in your product. We recommend rinsing your product in cold water and discarding after as many as 30 uses.
We couldn’t guarantee our the shelf life or stability of our products if we did not use a natural preservative, (Tocopherol – a naturally occurring compound of Vitamin E) we believe in using preservatives at a level that makes the product safe to use and ensures that when you take it home it doesn’t go off. We typically use the lowest possible percentage of the natural and most mild preservatives to protect you and the longevity of our products.
The Revive Gel Therapy range will only release the active ingredients when in contact with the warmth and friction of the skin, therefore your product will not lose efficiency. We recommend replacing your Gel product after 6-12 months of non-use.
Revive Coffee Body Scrub has a shelf life of 12 months unopened. Make sure to always reseal and store in a dry, cool place. Avoid getting water inside the bag.
Generally most health experts agree that scrubbing two or three times a week is plenty. If skin is very sensitive, we suggest to do it less. Keep in mind that the purpose of exfoliating is to remove skin cells that are dead. You shouldn’t have to scrub too hard or too often to make that happen. Rubbing the particles firmly but gently on your skin in circular motions should be enough to get the job done. Certainly don’t overdo it, a few of times a week is plenty — anything more might irritate your skin.
Yes, you can on your face, and many have, but keep in mind it is exfoliation, so be gentle with your skin, we recommend a much lighter touch. Use a soap free cleanser to wash off any excess oil and pat dry.
Revive harnesses all the best beauty benefits of ingredients sourced from nature. We always recommend that you do a patch test first with our Coffee Scrub before applying to entire body. If you notice a reaction to using the scrub, discontinue using immediately. Do not use if you have had previous allergic reactions to any of the ingredients listed on Revive products.
Try to avoid your eyes, but if it comes in contact with them, flush with clean running water immediately and avoid rubbing your eye. If irritation occurs seek medical assistance immediately.
Just like the skin cells on your face, the cells on your body regularly shed to reveal new, healthier skin underneath. That turnover process slows as we get older; so in order to give it a nudge, it helps to add a body scrub to the weekly skincare routine. A scrub works in several ways: when massaged over the body, the exfoliation process helps to slough off dead skin, and the rubbing action itself boosts circulation and helps drain your lymph nodes, by increasing blood flow to the skin’s surface. In addition, your post-scrub moisturiser will be better able to soothe and hydrate your skin. This regeneration process tightens the skin, giving it a firmer and younger-looking appearance. Skin regeneration also reduces skin discoloration, evening out skin tone and improving texture. Increasing the circulation to the skin could possibly reduce the appearance of cellulite. Cellulite is toxic material accumulated in the body’s fat cells. Using a coffee body scrub on a regular basis helps with muscle tone and gives you a more even distribution of fat deposits. Revive Coffee Body Scrub can also help with any pesky ingrown hairs, eliminate clogged pores and is a fantastic way of prepping skin prior to the application of spray tans & tanning products. Another important benefit of using a scrub is how good it can feel whilst using in the shower. Being mindful of the stimulating texture against your skin and fresh coffee like scent that fills the shower allows you to enjoy the treatment as it’s happening—an experience that can brighten your mood and affect your outlook as you carry on with the day!
For the perfect polish, always apply coffee scrub to warm, damp skin. Take a break while in the shower or bath, and gently rub a few small handfuls of coffee scrub onto skin, massaging in circular motions, concentrating on problem areas. If you have sensitive skin, consider a softer touch. Allow scrub to rest on skin for a few minutes to absorb before rinsing. A light body wash may be used to cleanse any remaining excess coffee residue.
